It had the bare essentials, e.g., iron, kettle, washing machine, and some great additions like washing liquids, extra blankets, body soap and little hygiene kits. The room met my expectations very well! The air conditioning was great, too. Check-in was smooth. We had to meet with the host just as we arrived. He was very lovely and explained things clearly. "The property is brand new. The food in the rooftop pool restaurant was inedible. I brought it to the attention of our server and was given a 10 percent discount. Upon checking out I told the manager that the food was inedible and nothing was done. Overall, the property is in an excellent location and the rooms are spacious, just don’t eat in the hotel. The staff at the front desk needs to be more guest oriented."
