「Clean room and peaceful environment 」

「Beautiful hotel and grounds with an outside dining facility. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Fay on reception. Good food. Downside no lifts and no fridge or facility to phone reception from bedrooms, otherwise a perfect stay for our requirements and would book again.」

「Steve was really friendly and helped us find a nice place for dinner and breakfast. Kindly sorted a parking space on the property as I think it was a quiet night. But there’s also a huge car park on the other side of the building. More to do at the property than we realised. The communal area is brilliant. Don’t waste your money in the arcades as there’s loads to do at the hotel: pool, air hockey, table tennis, old school games table (pac man etc), sound system to choose your own music. Also...

「Nice location and good sized room. Room gets very warm even with the fan provided, as it gets direct sunlight in the morning. Be aware there is no reception of any kind, so you need to make sure you have been sent the building/room code and instructions to get in when you arrive. I hadn’t been emailed mine, and had to call the property phone number to get it, but the help over the phone was very nice and I got what I needed. Otherwise great room for the price. 」

「イギリスの典型的なB&Bです。建物は多分古いのでしょうか、歩くと床がミシミシいいます。ただ、きちんと掃除されていますので問題ありません。全体的に女の子の部屋みたいな雰囲気ですし、スタッフも女性しか見ませんでした。トイレは共同で、シャワーブースが各部屋に付いています。セブンシスターズを見に行くためのバス停（NEW STEINE）がホテルを出てすぐにあります。事前に何時に到着するかメールで聞かれました。あまり遅いとレイトチェックインフィーが掛かるようでしたが、21時頃に到着する旨をメールで回答し、21時ちょっと前に到着したので、特に追加料金は掛かりませんでした。スタッフは気さくで、セブンシスターズに行く方法を教えてくれたり、写真を見せて少しおしゃべりをしたりと、なかなか良かったです。」

「オーナーの方は大変親切、温かみのあるホテルです。非常に快適に過ごせました。イギリスによくあるB＆Bですが、ロビーはあります。チェックインは玄関横のチャインムを鳴らせば、開けに来てもらえます。（逆に、オートロックのため、開けっぱなしではありません。） 7.5GBPで食べられるFull English Breakfastもお得感がありました。シャワーブースしかありませんが、特段不便は感じません。周辺は住宅街で、静かで安全に感じました。」

「The staffs are very friendly and offer good services, which made my stay cozy. They kindly received a parcel for me before my arrival. When I told the reception that I planned to leave the hotel early next morning before the breakfast time, they offered me thoughtful options, an early breakfast or a take out bag with fruits and sandwiches. Nothing is more valuable than heart of caring about guest, is it not? 」

「Nicola was the best hostess I could wish for. She made me feel truly welcome and at home, and was always happy to help with anything. The room was small but perfect for me, and both the toilet and shower were spotless. I also had the most amazing view of the beach. With plenty of shops, restaurants, and even activities on the beach nearby, there was always something to enjoy. 「We stayed in room 6 (window facing to the russel square beautiful little garden) for 2 nights and it was very pleasant! Breakfast basket served in the morning from 8 am. Artworks featured on the stairways and foyer were nice. We'd love to be back!」

「部屋は少し狭く、古かったですが、アールヌーボーのインテリアも楽しかったです。アメニティ（シャンプー、シャワージェル、石鹸など）はオーガニック系で良い香りに癒されました（コンディショナーはありません）。しかし、何といってもスタッフが素晴らしかったです。フロントも、朝食のサービスも、果てはシェフまでいつもにこやかで、誰にでも気持ち良く接していました。場所は繁華街から少し離れているのですが、逆に静かで良いかもしれません。ビーチまではすぐです。機会があれば、また行きたいと思います。」
