「Great home and views!」

「This condo was in a great location. Beds were amazing and layout of condo was nice. We bought an air fryer to help with cooking as there is no propane/gas bbq available. Would definitely stay here again.」

「I'm picky about cleanliness, and this place was spotless! The carpet and bedding were so nice! They had everything we needed. It was nice to have a garage. We stayed four nights while my grandchildren were on spring break. The kids loved the pool, and St. George and Gunlock Falls were just a short drive away.」

「Another amazing stay! I think this was our 3rd or 4th stay at this condo. The owners are so wonderful and are always their for you with any questions. This location is so cozy and quiet. We love mesquite, such an easy town to get around in. If you are looking for excellent weather and some peace and quiet, this is your place. Be seeing ya soon!!」

「I found chunks of dried something in the carpet, not sure if it was raisins or what. One pillow smelled like laundry soap, while the other pillow smelled like men's cologne, so wasnt entirely sure if the sheets were washed. There was hair in one of the showers, and crusty stuff on the tv remote in the bedroom. So, kind of a yuk factor. The place was nice, but clearly not cleaned very well. Not sure why i had to pay a cleaning fee when it wasnt cleaned very well for my stay.」

「This rental was okay. Didn’t have a good view of anything, just lots of surrounding condos. There was a sound coming from the unit next door that woke us repeatedly through the night, like a very loud struggling dryer sound right up against the wall of the master bedroom. Kind of a 90s style decor throughout. Towels didn’t seem super hygienic, it also tells you to “place only used towels by the washer”, I’m really hoping they wash all of them when people leave. The couch in the property was...

「This was the perfect place for a stop on our road trip. We arrived right at check-in to have time to swim at the pool which was super close. Everyone had plenty of space and good a great sleep.」

「My husband, son, and I stayed in this adorable rental because we had a tournament in Mesquite. Everything about the experience was great! The place is adorable. Very clean, updated, and new! we were so happy that we did not book a hotel. The golf course grounds were also beautiful! We felt very safe. Thank you!!」

「We stayed for Easter weekend. My dad has a condo close by but with all of us here for Easter his place was too small and we looked for a place close to his. This place has a separate master bed/bath upstairs that was great! This condo was roomier than expected. The kitchen was well equipped, large living room area and very clean! I picked this place for several reasons including being pet friendly but, we ended up not bringing them with us this time. We will absolutely be staying here again!」

「We came with family for a soccer tournament. Condo was clean and stocked well. TV reception was poor and the TV in the great room had no color. We called management twice but didn’t hear back until Monday as we were checking out. Pool is very cold and small. But we still had fun and enjoyed our stay.」

「This place was very spacious inside. We felt like everyone had their own space for sure. The beds were comfy and the living room along with the kitchen was a good size! Also, Dave and his dog Keiko were very friendly when we saw them at check out and even took our family pic outside his blooming cactus! Overall, a very good stay for sure. Will stay again if I’m back out this way.」

「If you are wanting to cook your own meals, this isn't for you. If, on the other hand? You want a luxurious place to stay that us illegible clean with some of the softest sheets you've ever felt, this is. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. 」
