Kitchen available, we didn't it. The exterior is being updated with new windows and siding. Unfortunately the workers began their shift before 7:30, pounding outside our room. The bed wasn't great, partially collapsed in the middle. But every thing else worked fine. Only 6 guests stayed there when we were there.

Apparently they are closing and so had limited items available, such as no coffee. The room seemed clean, but the rest of the motel did not. They’re renovating. We could’ve been worn ahead of time. She could’ve even told us when we checked in that there wasn’t coffee available and that they were closing. Just was not a good situation and they should not be advertising online.

We were very surprised to see how dirty our rooms were. There was other people’s hair in the bathrooms. Did not look like the photos. There was another building being built on the property so where we were put didn’t even look open

This property was not at all as advertised. The building looked condemned when we pulled up and there was no sign outside. There was a hotel by the exact same name next door that we originally pulled into which had a nice lobby (much like the pictures on the listing I originally booked) and they told us they didn’t have a reservation for us and we must be at the Smart Suites next door. We were extremely disappointed when we went next door as it was in terrible condition, looked like a run down construction sight, and had no sign. The woman at the front desk was nice enough but the property was in extreme disrepair. Carpets were ripped and dirty, the whole place was musty and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The sinking bathroom wouldn’t drain and there was no hairdryer (looked like it had been ripped off the wall). Do not recommend!

Other than the garlic smell in the hallway, others is okay for room. Bed and sheets are clean.

The property is a little confusing to find as there is another property called Smart Suites in front of this property but this is On the Hill. This property was under going construction so there were windows and building materials all in front and there was some noise early in the morning but it wasn’t too loud. The inside smelled a bit like smoke despite signs for no smoking. There were no trash cans in our room which was a bit inconvenient and we had to ask for towels of a usable size.

Construction going on was not in listing but I would overlook that .The hallways , rooms and all Other areas smelled terrible like urine and smoke . We left immediately and requested a refund . Update your listing !!!!

This hotel is currently under renovation and it absolutely needs it. The wall paper is curling down, the moldings for the windows are falling down. The bathroom cabinet is broken. Overall the room just looks dirty and the sheets and carpet were stained. We did find a bug in the room as well. I would not currently suggest this hotel.

Room was dirty with stains on bathroom vanity wall, stains on couch. Room entry door with large gaps. Mattress unacceptable with unevenness and spring noises. Also, the staff mentioned they are going thru a renovation, which we knew that. Avoid and stay with known chain hotels.

The rooms and property are dated which I figured when I booked it. The hotel is in the middle of an exterior upgrade. The issue with the hotel for me was the room was dirty. The sheets were stained. I requested new sheets and had to put them on the bed myself. The common spaces including the elevator was dirty.

When arriving to the property the outside was a nightmare , even though the website shows a beautiful property there was no siding , blocked off windows construction everywhere , when walking into the lobby the hallway carpet was rolled up the room smelled like urine , carpets were stained with blood , blood on the walls the sink , dead bugs , mold under the fridge , the curtains with massive burn holes and to top it off I pulled the linen on the bed up and there’ was bugs and eggs everywhere ! I wouldn’t have stayed at that hotel for free Nevermind Expedia charging 307$ with tax! While in the lobby another couple left after seeing their room, FILTH is an understatement ..BEWARE the Rooms u book on Expedia the photos are deceiving

It was fine, certainly not luxrious by any stretch. Everything was clean and functinal. There were dogs in a room nearby but thet were not too loud. We could smell someone smoking but don't know what floor. It was acceptable for a few nights it you're going elsewhere for most of the time.

The room is clean, but dated. Kitchen has limited supplies - 2 pots, no pans. Staff is very friendly and rooms are quiet.

This hotel is under construction. It is not well maintained. I observed black mold in the tub jets. A bug in our sink. Stains on furniture. Construction trucks took most of the parking lot. I have stayed in cleaner hotels in third world countries.

The whole place had a smell. It looks like work is being done, but lobby and common area are very dirty. Once we got to our room. It was very nice. We had a deck, but there was trash and a beehive on it. It was clean, but furniture stained. I'm not sure I would stay again.
