"The D Hotel has been one the top places we stay for a long time. While the hotel is still a good place to stay and a good value, they have made some changes that bring it from excellent to good. The chair in our suite room that faces the tv was gone so to watch the tv in this room requires sitting on the couch and turning to see the tv. We were told they are redecorating and this chair will not be coming back to the room. An unfortunate choice. The breakfast also lacked things that have been there in the past like weekend quiche and bread and pastry choices. We will be looking at other options for our next stay in this area."

"It’s been 5 days since I checked out and I still have not gotten back my $100 security deposit. Reached out twice and was told both times they don’t know why, and to call back again to try and get ahold of the property manager. The hotel was very nice though. Besides what I said above (and assuming I do get that back) I would definitely stay again."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is so close to everything and therefore very convenient; especially the destination of UMass Amherst. The room was clean and comfortable and I was able to connect my laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable I brought from home. We used the gym, pool and hot tub and everything was great. The breakfast room and breakfast were a great start to the day. Will definitely stay again."

"It was a great stay! Room was clean and quiet. The only drawback was that the area is under construction and parking is limited next to the hotel. You can park in a parking garage for free which is about a one block walk."
