The room wasn't cleaned between nights because the hotel said they were having a staffing issue. At checkout, hidden charges appeared, including a $27-per-day resort/amenity fee for facilities such as the gym. This fee was never disclosed during booking, and we didn't use any of the amenities.

We enjoyed our stay. Didn’t use exercise room and the terrace bar was closed one night for event and the other night for weather. But we were there for baseball and a concert so really didn’t have time. I would stay again if I wanted to be near Fenway area. Very nice hotel and staff.
