"Lovely hotel, great facilities and amazing food. Staff friendly but a bit of a hit and miss re professionality, some are amazing and some cannot be bothered to do their work. Overall a great place and I will return for sure."

"The staff were friendly, there was good amenities. One of the outdoor pools was heated which was needed in February. The drink and food selection was average. The lunch buffet by the pool was a poor. They made a massive effort for valentine's day by putting on special cocktails, offing out single red roses, and had the dinner table set up with candles and rose petals. "

"Excellent séjour L'emplacement est idéal, pas loin de la plage et de la corniche. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et offrent une vue magnifique sur la piscine. Mention spéciale pour le diner buffet qui est très varié avec des spécialités marocaines délicieuses. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d'une grande gentillesse. Je recommande sans hésiter !"

"A lot of style but not a lot of substance. A hotel of this calibre is missing a lot of standard things. Usually there’d be in room bathroom amenities, but there was none. I requested the shower gel to be filled up on 4 separate occasions but was never done. The kettle didn’t work even again after I reported in multiple occasions. One day they didn’t replace the towels and I had to report twice before we got them. Ordered some ice and a corkscrew on room service the first night, never arrived. The bedsheets were bobbly and rough. Beautifully designed and the breakfast was nice, but there’s a lot to be desired. Beautiful pool area, lovely bar seating, great location. Just needs some of the basics to be worked up to make it a great stay. "

"The location of this hotel is excellent Across the road from Agadir beach and 5 minute walk from restaurants Unfortunately our room was the worst I have ever stayed in when booking with Expedia It smelled of wet dog and the beds were very grubby We had to leave our balcony door open during our stay including during the night as the smell was unbearable The shower over the bath was tiny and difficult to use I would not give this hotel a 4 star rating "

"Great view, clean environment and nice staffs, mostly the manager Mohammed (moh) However area to improve is gym facility onsite. "

"Room was ok, the main bonus was they let you take food from the buffet which really helped in the morning as my daughter woke up late somedays and we could take some fruit and pastries for her when she missed breakfast"
