Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 22 m² studio apartment for rent in Soulac-sur-Mer, 50 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (with a narrow elevator), it comprises a 22 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom (with shower), bed linen and towels included. We're just waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
- A 22 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a double bed (140×190) separated by a transparent partition.
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Exterior:
- A 3 m² east-facing balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The studio is ideally located in Soulac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Robin Soulac Forest
- Stroll along the beach at Soulac-sur-Mer
- Discover the Pointe de Grave lighthouse
- Thanks to the many cycle paths, you can cycle along the Vélodyssée route.
- Boat trip on the Gironde estuary

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the numbered parking space outside the private parking lot.

- Soulac-sur-Mer train station is 2 km away by car.
- Bordeaux-Mérignac airport is 1h30 away by car.

Overall, it is a nice Apartment close to the Beach with nearly everything you need for your stay. We missed some Things which should be there, for example Scissors, toilet paper, laundry detergent.It smells a little bit of Cigarette smoke, but IT was OK for us.
