「Very nice little hotel, conveniently situated a short walk from the centre. Staff are lovely, breakfast good, the gardens are beautiful and the little pool is great. Could have done with a fridge in the room but that's just a minor complaint, we enjoyed our stay.」

「Ne répond pas aux sms ni au téléphone. Impossible à trouver, personne dans le quartier d'Achada Grande ne connaît, malgré beaucoup de bonne volonté de la part du chauffeur de taxi et des habitants. Nous avons dû trouver un autre hébergement in extrémis.」

Værten var meget sød og imødekommende og undskyldte det omkring liggende områdes tilstand hvor der er et større vejarbejde igang. Vi fik en flaske vin som kompensation og desuden var der kolde øl og vand i køleskabet gratis hver dag. Det var bestemt en dejlig oplevelse at bo en uge i Villa Alegria og så var morgenmaden meget god ovenikøbet. 」

「We booked all the rooms in the house (4 rooms for 7 people, max 16 pax). Paulo confirmed that we would have the whole house for ourselves, which was part true because we shared the commons (living room, kitchen, pool, terrace) with the family living here, their friends and staff. If you are looking for privacy and intimacy, this is not it. The rooms are simple and beds not very comfortable, bathrooms basic and not very clean. In the kitchen it was anarchy : no water evacuation for the sink, no...
