気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度
Be attention to the tour company Tempio travel.
There were some someone’s hairs in the shower. the shower couldnt be moved so cleaning could not be perfect.
this hotel is in the higher wood, so taxi cannot be enter and too dark to walk at night.
there was a problem. On the second day, the owner suggested me to the tour of the island of the capri of the campany that he also walking, named Tempio travel. He said to me today really u can go into the Cave Blu, so I applied to the tour. But when we arrived to the island, another one said today we cannot. He told me a lie. I was angry, left the tour and had to go back to sorrento by myself. I said I can’t pay it because the they broke the promise but the owner of the tour company vituperated me a lot and he insisted me to pay all the cost of the tour. also he said he come to my room to take the money. This was really incredible and he made me scared to live there. I was so afraid that I could not sleep well every day.

風呂場に知らない人の髪の毛が落ちていた。このペンションは山の上にあり、タクシーは入っていけないため、もし集合時刻に間に合わなければ、自力で山道を歩くしかありません。山道は急で険しく足元も悪いので、夜はライトがないところもあるので注意が必要です。
二日目朝に ホテルのオーナーが働くツアー会社のツアーでカプリ島のツアーがあるからみんなでいかないか？との誘いがありました。今日は青の洞窟に入れるか確認してほしい。入れるなら行くし、入れないなら行きたくないとはっきりいったところ、今日は入れるとのことだったので参加。
が、カプリ島についてみると船長から今日は風が強くて朝から入れないとのこと。話が違うと私はツアーを離脱し一人で帰宅。約束が違うから料金は払えないとホテルのオーナーにいったところ、ツアー会社の社長から、
お前は本当に失礼な奴だ、金を払え！明日お前の部屋にお金を取りにいくからな！と電話で罵る言葉を言われました。私としては帰りのフェリー代を払ってほしいくらいなのに。毎日いつくるのか本当に怖くて眠れないのにホテルのオーナーは知らん顔。２度とここには泊まりません。日本人をカモにするツアー会社 テンピオ・トラベル に注意。
