Brilliant stay!

Really nice room and bathroom, really close to the centre with shops and restaurants a short walk away. The train station was also a 5 min walk. The only reason we put 4 out of 5 for comfort is because the bed was really firm which is just down to our preference. Check in process was brilliant and they kept you up to date with everything. Would stay again.

We had a very nice stay. The host was wonderful in getting us checked in and making sure everything was OK. The property is in a. Very good location, short walk to the Piazza Tasso, train station, and other points of interest. The room was clean, good bed, nice bathroom. We enjoyed having breakfast across the street with its excellent coffee and pastries.

Nice hotel, good location. There was a bit of a hiccup with the check-in process because the keys for the hotel entrance were left at the agency and had to wait for someone to bring them over. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant!

The property was very clean and my room was great. The location is superb, 7 mins to piazza Tasso, and very easy to get to at night. The hosts were super helpful, they gave me all links to buses and ferry and were replying to my messages very quickly. I would recommend. The set up of the B&B is like a 2 bedroom flat with a living room. The stay was very lovely and all well decorated.

The room was big, the bathroom was in the hallway, but it was for my use only. Google maps took me to the wrong address but the staff came and got me. It is a short one block walk from the train station, in the main strip with all the restaurants and shopping.. It has a smart tv and AC. The first night I didn't realize it had AC so the window was open and the street noises kept me awake. The second night with the window closed it was fine. It is up a flight of stairs. There is an elevator but I didn't use it. I would recommend this place. There was a small fridge and coffee station in the room.

The location of the property was excellent. Walking distance to everything - bus station, ferry port and the main centre of Sorrento. The space was clean and the staff were quick to respond, check in and out processes were seamless. My only critiques of the property are of the layout, so I advise to read the entire advertisement very carefully as some, what I found to be, critical information was not made very clear. Our room had a “private DETACHED bathroom” - which I honestly didn’t even notice in the ad as it was only listed in one place and definitely not emphasized. This meant that the washroom was not part of our room and we had to cross a communal hallway to use the washroom. We were assured that it was for our private use, however we felt this was very strange. Additionally the washroom did not have a fan, just a window directly out of the shower which opened to a room rather than directly to the outdoors, which I also found very odd. As a result of this we did not feel comfortable keeping this window open as we did not know who had access to this room - and therefore the bathroom became very hot and uncomfortable after using the shower and in general was quite stuffy. The property also had physical keys rather than digital key cards which were a bit of a nuisance to use and carry - particularly in having to lock and unlock more than one door every time we wished to use the washroom.

O estabelecimento é muitíssimo bom porém, necessita mais atenção em pequenos detalhes: o tampo do vaso sanitário solto; apenas uma faca para quatro hóspedes (e sem garfos); e lâmpadas de cabeceira que necessitariam ser recarregadas (e não foram), a fim de não apagarem após alguns segundos. De resto, é excelente. Bem localizado (próximo à estaçãode trem), espaçoso, limpo e silencioso.

El hotel esta super bien ubicado a 3 minutos de la estación de tren. Me encanto el detalle de el área común donde podías preparar café y que tenias a tu disposición vasos y platos. El cuarto super amplio la cama comodísima y tenia frigobar que fue un gran plus! El personal estuvo atento desde antes de mi llegada siempre estuvieron al pendiente! Mil recomiendo el hotel ! En todo mi viaje por Italia fue el lugar que mas disfrute quedarme!
