Agave Family Apartment can accommodate up to eight people in a combination of two apartments.

The apartment therefore has two double bedrooms, two dining rooms / kitchen and living room, two bathrooms and two large courtyards and a terrace perfect for outdoor dining.

Located on the first floor of a residential building in the beautiful town of Sorrento, the apartment measures a total of 100 square meters and is full of natural light, offering all the necessary comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible.


The main entrance of the apartment leads to a hallway where the two separate entrances are located to access the two apartments. Both are identical in configuration and have a living room with adjoining dining room furnished with a comfortable 2-3 seater sofa (with sofa bed option), dining table for four and a kitchenette that boasts all the necessary equipment to make meal preparation a breeze.

Each kitchen includes a stove with 4 gas burners, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle.
From the living area, through luminous glass balconies, you enter the courtyard equipped with deck chairs, sun beds and space for outdoor dining heated by the warmth of the sun or illuminated by moonlight. One of the terraces is spacious and measures approx. 40 square meters.


Both double bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and a 43 "wall-mounted flat screen TV. In addition, in one of the two bedrooms you will also find a fabulous in-room bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking and sightseeing.


The bathrooms have a spacious shower with an adjustable shower head, a toilet and a modern and elegant design.


The apartment has air conditioning in every room, satellite TV and high speed WiFi access.
In the condominium, there is also an elevator to easily reach the apartment.

For those arriving by car, parking is available on request at a daily rate of € 20, even if the apartment is a short walk from the city center.


Agave Family is centrally located in the Santa Lucia district of Sorrento and is just a ten minute walk from the Sorrento train station, where the Circumvesuviana line runs links to Pompeii and Naples.
The historic center of Sorrento as well as Corso Italia, the main shopping street characterized by boutiques, cafes and restaurants, are only an 8-minute walk from the house. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk away and there is a great selection of restaurants nearby.


Agave Family is the ideal base to explore the cultural and historical wonders of the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts including Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri and Massa Lubrense.

Note:

1) From April 1st to October 31st, an obligatory tourist tax of 3.00 euros per person per night must be paid in cash upon arrival. This is a government tax, payable by all tourists staying in the Municipality of Sorrento.


2) A late check-in fee of € 30 applies to all arrivals after 22:00, which must be paid in cash to the host upon arrival.
