Only disappointment was insufficient hot water in the evening to take baths, though plenty in the morning. Dinner in restaurant was very nice and the breakfast buffet good. We broke down in Tournus due to a puncture, had to wait two days for new tyres, but managed to find this hidden gem, everything about it was amazing and could not fault it, pool, food and especially Catharine who helped us with taxis and speaking to the garage on our behalf, it certainly took away the pain of missing two days of our holiday, would and have recommended to all friends. Well done Catharine and team, you have an amaing hotel."

"Maintenance has been neglected for years. No a/c and fan provided was extremely noisy. Elevator is broken down and bed was long overdue for replacement. Only plus was an adequate bathroom. I strongly suggest choosing a different property. "
