Ruhige Lage am Rande Naturschutzgebiet und guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wanderungen, Besichtigungen. Wohnung mit separatem Eingang, Einstellmöglichkeiten für Räder, Balkon mit Sonne von Morgens bis am Abend, Zimmer, Küche, Bad ausreichend groß und sinnvoll ausgestattet, WLAN ok, nette Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan. Aufenthalt sehr erholsam und unkompliziert.

Erholung pur!

Alle Angaben zum Objekt stimmten. Die Wohnung hatte mehr Ausstattung, als man von den meisten Ferienwohnungen kennt und erwartet. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen- und Brett. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist auf dem Land, da braucht man sich über Mücken und Fliegen nicht wundern/beschweren. Die Balkontüren könnten natürlich noch mit Mückentüren und die Fenster mit Mückennetzen ausgestattet sein. Fliegenklatsche liegt aber schon im Wohnzimmer bereit. Die Vermieterin spricht weder englisch noch deutsch, nur italienisch. Man sollte den Google-Übersetzer auf dem Handy bereit halten oder bereits italienisch können. Sie ist aber sehr, sehr nett. Kleiner Tipp noch für Ausflüge: Das westliche Seeufer von Sorico bis Como runter hat sehr enge Straßen. Entspannter fährt man am östlichen Seeufer von Sorico bis Lecco.

Natur und Lebensgefühl pur

Wir waren zu viert mit Hund. Alles super und ruhig. Besonders toll sind in der Dämmerung bis zum frühen Morgen die Rehe bis zum Grundstück. Hund war happy mit den Spielgenossen im komplett umzäunten Garten. Ebenso Abstellen der E-Bikes im Garten super sicher. Alles wirklich sauber. Badtüre waren trotz 1,95 m Körpergröße kein Problem. Sprachbarieren durch Vermieterin unkomplitziert über Handy-Übersetzer-App gelöst.

Leuke plek aan het Comomeer

Leuke woning, geschikt voor 4 personen. Alles is in orde. De schoonmaak zou iets beter kunnen. Bedden zijn prima. Keuken inrichting zeer goed. Douche is minder goed, soms is het water niet warm genoeg en de doucheruimte is erg klein. Geen info over dokter EHBO zeetc. Geen brandblussers of rookmelders.

Es hieß in der Beschreibung, dass man sich den Garten teilt und man eine Grillmöglichkeit hat. Diese ist direkt vor der Nase der Besitzerin mit der man sich das Grundstück teilt. Man ist mitten im Naturschutzgebiet, was natürlich einiges an Mücken etc. liefert. Die Unterkunft besitzt an keinem Fenster ein Moskitoschutz, ebenso ist es dort sehr warm auch nachts. Ohne Klimaanlage kaum aushaltbar. Für den Preis noch Strom und Gas separat zu bezahlen finde ich nicht angebracht.

L'appartamento è in ottime condizioni, e i proprietari sono molto gentili (hanno fatto sistemare immediatamente l'antenna della TV che aveva dei problemi). Sorico si trova all'incrocio tra Lago di Como, Valtellina e Valchiavenna, per cui offre un gran numero di opzioni di escursione per tutti i gusti, da quelle artistiche a quelle naturalistiche.

Fantastic holiday

It was a great stay. House beautyfully located, in the heart of the national park sourronded by mountains and lakes. Oasis of peace and quiet was visited every day by a large herd of deer. A great base for trips. Clean and comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need. The owners were very friendly, we even got eggs from their hens. I highly recommend
