This Villa includes a living room with a lounge and television area opening onto a balcony. A dining area opening onto a covered east-facing terrace. An independent kitchen fitted and equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and dishwasher.
A bedroom with a 140 bed and cupboard. A bedroom with two 80cm beds and cupboard. Shower room with WC.
An annex bedroom with two 80 cm beds. Bathroom with Italian shower, WC and washing machine.
Enclosed garden with trees. Possibility of parking the car inside the property.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. Wifi. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December. Linen is extra, contact our team to reserve it.
