"I was in line for over 40 minutes to check in. When I finally got a key, it was to a room that already had other people's luggage in it and slept in beds. There was no coffee in the morning. Most of the ice and snack machines had signs that stated they were out of order. When I tried to call the front desk to request two additional wash clothes (three occupants, only one wash cloth in the room), there was no answer. I had to go to the front desk to get them. The staff was very polite through it all. "
