First class hotel Breakfast buffet was overthetop amazing!

Most unusual location for a hotel - Under earth! the nightly light and water show was beautiful and spectacular as well as the lobby light and water show. The views are spectacular and there is so much to do in the area.

Thanks to the whole staff who provided professional service during a very busy national holiday. Gym, pool, restaurant, concierge, etc. were well-staffed. Thanks to Ivy at the front desk for a warm check-in and check-out.

Really nice affordable hotel in Shanghai! Super clean room with a great view, very well maintained. Not super centrally located for travelers but worth it if you're looking for a really nice hotel for a decent value in Shanghai. Still a lot of really good food options within walking distance.

The room we were assigned has the most incredible view looking over Huangpu River, 270 floor to ceiling view, you can’t ask for more . The facility looks new and is well maintained. The room is clean with big windows for plenty sunlight during the day. The staff was very helpful and patient to call for express shipping guy for package drop and questions on storage service. The area of the hotel is more business focused not for tourists convenience. However, across the street, take the elevator inside the office building to B1, there is a tunnel leading to Hongqiao transport compound. From there, you may take subway to the...

Room was nice, clean and spacious all the amenities were great. The staff I interacted with even though we had a language barrier were very nice and accommodating. They even helped us get our lugagge shipped to chengdu while we were outside shopping. We mostly took didi's but noticed on the last day that metro station was extremely close. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai.

Good location with lot of access to nearby malls, eateries, restaurants but yet not overly crowded area. New modern hotel.

The Puli is a quiet and refined oasis in the middle of the busy city and well located for shopping and access to the city.

The building / room is as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. What really sets it apart is the incredible staff and remarkable breakfast. Worth every penny and the perfect place to stay if you would like to treat yourself in Shanghai.
