Mange takk and highly recommended!

The young receptionist is my star. With a promising forecast of Aurora on the evening of my arrival, I asked them for advice for the best spot to see it from. (Not that I had not seen Aurora before or specifically came for it to Brønnøysund/Sømna, but who gets ever tired of Aurora?) I expected an answer like “just from our terrace” (the hotel does have a nice terrace) but instead they offered 3 different spots, each with its pros and cons, and indicated them for me on Google Maps. I had my car with me and happily chose the one on the beach about 8 km away - and got my best Aurora snapshots ever! With friendly, kind, enthusiastic staff like them, Sømna Kro is certainly blessed. Everything else was excellent too. Thank you very much, highly recommended.

Feiret 80 års dag med 20 gjester, og fikle super service fra personalet, nydelig koldtbord, og gode senger å sove i. God frokost med glutenfrie alternativer var det også. Veldig greit sted for overnatting og for en fest. Koselig bygdetun i nærheten. Obs: ikke lader til el-bil. Nærmeste er 9 km lenger nord. Takk for meg!
