「This is a nice location, however it needs a lot of TLC. The front door was not secured, the bath tub had some major chips out of it and you had to be careful not to step on them. Cockroaches came out of the plugged in hair dryer, the comforter smelled like urine, the halls had a constant presence of marijuana in them, the Ice machine barely put out ice. Positivity was the TV worked and the A/C unit worked. It’s too bad this place is in this condition. There’s permanent people living here...

「The room was scary dirty, bugs running around out in the open like they paid rent or something! Pubic hair all over the moldly shower (bugs in the shower too). 「There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!」

「This is a budget-friendly hotel, so don’t expect luxury or a lot of amenities. It’s a good place to stay if you plan to spend most of your day sightseeing and enjoying Rhode Island.
