「The house was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the lake, our host was so kind, accommodating, and communication was excellent. We will definitely be coming back during the summer to utilize the lake. It was a great house to celebrate our Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with our adult children. Thank you so much for an amazing experience! 」

「House was exactly as described. Welcoming and clean. We were there off season and filled our needs completely. Quiet. Reasonably close to many amenities. Shares parking area with store- employee was exceptionally helpful. I would stay again should the need arise.」

「Kitchen is nice and very well lit, although there is only seating for four (and no dining room). One other minor thing: one light fixture hangs fairly low, so anyone taller than 6 feet needs to watch out.」

「If you want to camp and have a camping experience, then this is the perfect spot! Lots of animals to see between the owner's horses and cats. The kitchen and bathroom are both shared spaces, not with the owners, but with the multiple other cabins on the property. So you are not super secluded from other people. We went in October, and the outdoor shower did not have hot water, so it was a rather cold shower. Holly, the owner, did say that they are going to replace the water heater soon, but...

「Hotels are in short supply in Hillsdale, and for just a few dollars more we got a WHOLE HOUSE! This cottage was cozy and the decor was charming. I hope we can stay here again!」
