Rigtig dejligt sted at være. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Lokationen er virkelig god, da alt er lige om hjørnet. Vandet i poolen var dog for varmt.

The hotel is well located, just 5 min from the port. The main floor and lower floor gym have been renovated and look great. Unfortunately, their is a shortage of staff and the service, especially at breakfast, is sub par. The rooms are small and not well equipped. There is a lot of extra fees for basic stuff like pool towels, room safes,… The ad say Parking is included which is false, there is no parking and you have to park on the street. There is no ice available for guests on premises, they will direct you to a supermarket 2 blocks away. The hotel building has a lot of potential but the cost cutting for hotel operation impacts the customers significantly.

When we arrived the lobby, the swinging pool zone, the gym we can see clearly that was rebuilt and it’s very beautiful. The swimming pool zone is pretty cool. However the rooms, despite of big, it could be better. The bed is ok - could be better — but the walls seems like were done of paper, we could hear all the conversation from the other room. I think that maybe re-think the rooms would be a great next step. We bought the option to have dinner and we were not amazed, the breakfast was very good. The location is amazing, very near of the port and a lot of restaurants options. Parking can be tricky.

When we arrived at Eden Nord, we were upgraded to a suite at Eden Soller. An absolutely beautiful, clean, bright hotel with a great pool and views of the beach. Staff was lovely, the breakfast buffet was delicious. No complaints!

Hotel was lovely and much better than the reviews I read before coming! Rooms were dated but the pool, reception and bar area were lovely! Everything was clean too. Reception staff were incredibly helpful especially as Hotels.com didn’t give the hotel our booking so helped us sort it when we arrived! Good amount of pool loungers too and a yummy breakfast

Pænt ved pool og reception- værelset temmeligt slidt og samme glas/ kaffekopper blev vasket i badeværelset af rengøringspersonalet -alle 5 dage. Jeg bad om noget t service men det var ikke muligt. Lad være med at spise i baren. Din salat bliver lavet dermed meget lidt hygiejne- jeg fandt et hår på bunden i dressingen.

Handy for beach/shopping. Room very clean and breakfast very good. Didn’t use the bar. Staff were helpful although not the friendliest. Would definitely use Eden Nord again.

Stayed many times as its value for money. The walk up the hill is short and passes the cheapest/locals bar in the Port. Whilst the public areas are great, the breakfast and dinner good, the rooms are in need of an upgrade, refresh, maintenance. Avoid rooms that end 01 as tiny balconies.
