For shared use: well-kept garden 250 m2 with lawn and trees. Patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: shopping facilities, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 10 m, bus stop 10 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake "Aich" 10 km. Mountain railway 10 km, ski lift 10 km, slopes 10 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Galsterberg 10 km, Hauser Kaibling 14 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Für Ferienwohnung ist relativ groß und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet (z.B. Geschirrspüler). Die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht sehr modern aber absolut funktional. Mir besonders wichtig, ist immer die Dusche. Diese hat ausreichend warmes Wasser und ordentlich Druck (auch im Dachgeschoss). Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet, für die Region sogar eher günstig. Einzig die Lage an der Straße und den Bahnübergang können als störend empfunden werden, mit war es nachts bei offenem Fenster zu laut. Insgesamt aber trotzdem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Ferienwohnung mit älterem Interieur

Sehr große Ferienwohnung, gut gelegen für Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen. Schön war das separate WC und die große Küche. Die Sauberkeit war nicht so optimal, Staub auf und in Schränken z.B. und das Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig. Das Mobiliar war alt und teilweise defekt bzw. zerbrechlich, Schublade fiel fast auseinander beim öffnen, Flaschenfach im Kühlschrank kam uns entgegen, Spülmaschine reinigt sehr schlecht, Herd funktionierten nur zwei Kochplatten. Laut an Durchgangsstraße gelegen.
