Amazing Kenai River Front Home With Beautiful Views

Professionally furnished home located on the Kenai River. The house has undergone annual updates during the off season. The property features a walkway to a private fishing dock with fish cleaning station. The fishing platform is generally available mid May through the 1st of October weather permitting. Beautiful views of the river from the wraparound deck. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are located in the main home. One bedroom and bathroom are in the detached shop/garage on the property and are only available May-October. All bathrooms have recently been constructed or completely renovated. Main level features a large gourmet kitchen, living area with fireplace, dining area, 3 bedrooms (one King master and two bedrooms with Queens) and 2 bathrooms, laundry room, sunroom, and large deck with beautiful views of the Kenai River. The recently renovated walkout basement includes a bar kitchen, card room, pool table, bunk room with 4 full beds and an attached full bathroom. There are security cameras located on the exterior of the house. The pictures are updated frequently so they accurately reflect the property.

Great spot by the river

The house is well appointed and directly on the Kenai. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house has an outdoor cleaning station and a large freezer if you’re coming for the fishing. Thanks for a great stay!

Our Daughter got married in Soldotna and our immediate family all stayed together in this amazing house. There was room to relax and enjoy each other, especially the access to the Kenai River. the view from the kitchen window is amazing. If you have a big group, this is a great place to be. You would actually never have to leave it!

Family wedding

My niece got married in Ak. I took my 2 kids, their spouses, sister and her kids. The house could not have been any better! I was large, clean , on the Kenai River and in a great location! Would highly recommend for any large groups

Family and Fishing!

This was a fantastic place for our group of 10 adults. The fisherpeople in our family loved catching salmon right off the private platform! The large, extremely well-equpped kitchen came in handy as we prepared the fresh-caught fish for dinner. Multiple large gathering spaces as well as smaller private spaces made it ideal for our group of siblings and spouses. Seeing several moose durining our stay was an added bonus!

Fishing and Family Fun

The view was incredible! Caught many salmon from the fantastic fishing platform. We saw eagles nearly everyday and owls in the evening. The house was extremely comfortable with every amenity provided. There was plenty of room for our family and the location was perfect. We have made so many family memories. Great for families

Our large extended family age 4 yr to 67 years loved this beautiful home. Lots of space to spread out. Despite the rainy weather we had a great time by the fire pit. The kitchen has everything to do with cooking you could ask for. The home was clean and well kept. As a frequent VRBO user for many years this has been my favorite. We hope to come back again. Also for anyone who needs something to do during the rain my adult kids tell me the shop has excellent acustics.

Alaska family vacation

The house is actually nicer than the pictures. It’s just outside Soldatna on a gravel road on the banks of the Kenai along with some other nice homes. Plenty of room for everybody. We were in between salmon runs so bank fishing was unsuccessful. So we primarily fished on the Russian river in Cooper Landing 50 minutes away. We caught so many quality rainbows that we lost count. It was truly epic.

Amazing River Property

This place was absolutely amazing and everything we imagined and more. The communication beforehand was great as they answered every question clearly and quickly. The check in process was seamless and easy. But the property…. Was truly amazing. River views from everywhere, super clean and the house has tons of room. It had everything we could ever use. Oh and the fishing was amazing…. Careful of the one log under the middle of the dock that ate my red gear over and over again. You couldn’t do much better than this property. Second time staying on this street in the last two years. 5 stars and highly recommended.
