The house is 200 sqm divided into 2 levels highlighting its Victorian style. On the ground floor there's an openspace floor plan with a large and fully furnished kitchen, dining room table, spacious living room with 2 sofas and 50'' smart TV, bathroom and laundry room. On the same level there's second floor access by an Italian marble stairway in the main entrance's large foyer. Upstairs there's a classic style Master bedroom, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a third bedroom with a full size bed as well as a balcony with a distant sea view, a spacious bathroom with a shower. The large outdoor space offers a covered furnished al fresco dining and grilling area, an additional outdoor bathroom and shower, a pool area with sunbeds and a large garden full of Mediterranean plants, trees and a stone pond. Nice stay

Nice area and very nice contact with the agency. House ok, even if there is a big loss of space with the huge and useless entry hall. Beds are not very confortable and the decor and furnishings are very outdated. Plus, we had people checking on us and coming to the house every day under different pretexts. Kind of annoying... We still had a nice stay in this house.
