"I wasn't entirely sure about this place given the lack of information, but I'm glad we ended up camping here. I opted for the new glamping tents which were fantastic! The camp itself is primarily families who've been coming to this location (and the camp next door) for decades so it's not exactly a place for tourists... it's a place to experience, particularly to see nature in action - clean water, the Nordic summer sun, great people. This was easily the highlight of our 3-week vacation....

"Kim (proprietor) was a most gracious host and a great help to us during our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and unique. The food was 5 star. We had dinner 3 nights and each were exceptional! Breakfast (included with our stay) was delicious and started our day off right. Would recommend a stay and/or dinner to anyone looking for a ski in/out hyatta. "

"This house is rented through Novasol. Novasol customer support has no telephone number and is only available from 9.00-17.30 through online chat. Prior to our arrival they couldn't provide us with basic information, such as the sizes of the beds (handy to know since we had to bring our own). They absolutely did not pass our question on to the real owners of the accomodation. Also there was no phone number provided of the actual owners. Luckily we had no issues prior to our arrival, but if you...

"I wasn't entirely sure about this place given the lack of information, but I'm glad we ended up camping here. I opted for the new glamping tents which were fantastic! "Waaay too big for the facilities and services it offers. Has only two restaurants to cater the entire huge hotel so be prepared to wait. Gym/spa is packed and the lockers thus often quite dirty. The room service does not exist and you have to ask for towels explicitly which is odd for a spa. Equally odd is that there are no bathrobes or slippers offered. The service people are kind but very very young and inexperienced - usually just standing still. The "better spa" costs extra - the public pool is full of kids. Oh the kids - this place is filled with kids running and screaming - filled I tell you! It has literally everything you need, even if in poor quality, so it is good for families. Not for couples. The slopes are good though! It's easy to get around although the lifts can get crowded."

"Unique hotel, but the staff need to be more customer service orientated. When we checked we were handed the key and no words came out of the mouth of the person who checked us in, we didn't know where to go to find our room. When I asked he pointed to a hall. We were also accosted by another worker when we were outside enjoying a drink in the garden area, she was very rude at first telling us we couldn't drink alcohol we brought, we had to buy it there. We didn't know there was a "rule" about it. Her attitude change when we apologized for not knowing and also let her know what a horrible experience we were having at their hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to foreigners. "
