Since we got there:
- there was nobody to check us in
- we tried contacting the owners and they never answered
- the place smelled and it was dusty.
- the bathroom was dirty: there was public hair on a used towel. There was mold all over the bathroom, they offered us no toilet paper.
- the bedsheets were stained, dirty.
We reserved for 5 people and they only gave us 4 pillows. It is unprofessional and this unacceptable
On top of that: once contacted with the people in charge they were hostile towards us and treated us like we were in the wrong for arriving late knowing the buses were arriving late and it was a situation out of our control. I wouldn’t recommend staying in a place so filthy.
