Das Hotel liegt Zentrums nah und bietet gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden bei der Anreise freundlich in Empfang genommen und sehr nett über Mögliche Besichtigungen der Stadt informiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel kommen.

Das Zimmer war sauber groß und Rollstuhl gerecht leider war in meinem Zimmer leider keine hand oder Badetuch wie bei meiner Kollegin auch kein erfrischungsgedränk nur leere gläser.aber ich würde trotzdem wiederkommen mich aber gleich beschweren ich hatte zum Glück meine eigene Handtücher dabei.sonst war alles okay aber ein Frühstück für 18€ ist schon ne Hausnummer.

Ich habe den Weihnachtsmarkt besucht und das Hotel ist Ideal dafür gewesen. Man ist in knapp 8 min zu Fuß in der Stadt . Soest ist sehr schön mit seinen kleinen Gassen und gemütlich eingerichteten Geschäften. Nächstes Jahr bin ich wieder hier einfach Top. Hotelpersonal wirklich nett und freundlich.

Prima locatie met goede parkeergelegenheid. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekend ontbijt met volop keuze. Kamers niet erg ruim, badkamer functioneel. Restaurant en algemene ruimte komen donker en gedateerd over (veel bruintinten, matige verlichting). Je loopt zó de stad in (hotel ligt net buiten de stadsmuur).

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gemietet. Ein Zimmer war nicht hergerichtet. Trotz entsprechendem Hinweis war ein Bett nicht gemacht, so dass mein Bruder in einem nicht hergerichteten Bett übernachten musste. Das Hotel hat sich zwar entschuldigt, eine Gelderstattung ist nicht erfolgt.

Zentral gelegen mit ausreichend kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Ca. 10 - 15 Fußminuten bis zum/zur Dom, Marktplatz, Fußgängerzone. Separate Tür zum Flur mit kleinem Vorraum und erst dann die Zimmertüren. Dadurch bekam man vom Flur her, keine Geräusche mit. Leider wurde das Handtuch bei 3 Übernachtungen nicht gewechselt. Aufgrund schlechter Lüftung ließ sich das benutzte Handtuch nur trocknen, wenn man es ins Zimmerfenster zum Lüften hing. Bettdecke und Kissen wurden nicht aufgeschüttelt, aber das haben wir als Gäste übernommen. Was auch nicht dramatisch ist.
