「Room is modern and clean but has a few issues: 1. Curtain covers the air conditioner making it practically useless on a hot night 2. Stepping into the bathroom, the floor has a lip which is a trip hazard and nearly fell a few times 3. Outside is poorly maintained.」

「There were some issues regarding the code entry and heat. However, to his credit, the host took care of both problems immediately. We enjoyed our stay otherwise.」

「The property is exactly as pictured. The bathroom is beautiful. It was a very hot and humid night and the air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable. The only 1 suggestion for improvement- we reserved the room for 4 guests and were given 2 towels. Everything else was very nice. 」

「on arrival to the room you could smell the putrid smell of smoke. not like it was a one time occurrence. this room smells as it has been smoked in numerous times. i had to open the window and go to walmart to grab cleaning supplies. the toilet had urine stains on it. bathtub needed to be cleaned out. dead bugs around the dresser. towels felt moist. the room definitely needs a deep clean and an air purifier placed in there. the bed thankfully was clean. staff was very courteous and tried to help...

「Very beautiful almost 200 year old home that has been maintained well. Room was super clean and properly stocked with amenities. Staff was super nice and helpful. Close to night life and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.」
