Welcome to this uniquely designed cabin, created by Nordic architect Mette Fredskild. With its burnt wood facade, it blends in perfectly with the surrounding forest. Large windows on both sides of the cabin create a seamless connection between the interior and the natural environment, offering panoramic views that bring nature indoors.
The interior is simple and functional with two cozy sleeping areas, each with a double bed. A sliding door allows the creation of separate spaces for flexibility and privacy. The Nordic living room has an alcove perfect for relaxing, and a mobile dining table allows for meals both indoors and outdoors.
Outside, you can enjoy the quiet privacy and direct proximity to nature. The compact but fully equipped kitchenette maximizes functionality without taking up too much space. A bathroom with underfloor heating and a combined toilet and shower provide both convenience and privacy.
The area offers great activities all year round. Follow hiking trails through the forest or along the Söderhamn archipelago. Visit Skärså for a meal with a historical touch or explore the historic cottages at Idsjärden's Fäbodvall. There is something for all nature lovers.
