「This cabin was lovely, and larger and nicer than I expected. Does not look like some pets-OK places :-) Dmitriy was great! Kind of a unique experience in that PG&E (Northern California's power company) instated a power shut-off in the whole region (for fire safety) just hours after I arrived! I elected to stay anyway for 2 days, although the host was more than willing to allow me to cancel my reservation. Still had a great time there with my dog! 「Have a great time staying, clean place, short walk to Donner lake West End beach. Wonderful, responsive and flexible host. Would highly recommended.」

「Fabulous view right on the water.Host was responsive.Quaint little cottage. It should be made clear that the sofa bed does not pull out and there is only one bed. More beach towels would be nice and maybe some updated beach chairs. Hairdryer was barely working; a standard size hairdryer should be the bare minimum. The shower was not draining correctly. The cottage could use a deep clean to get rid of cobwebs.Otherwise fabulous stay.」

「Very Nice Experience, Just a few Small issues that were resolved. I would definitely stay there again」

「Very clean. Furniture is dated with a vintage appeal. Close enough to walk to a beach or into town.」

「We had a great time.」

「Minor issues with check in and heat 」

「Big and spaciuos house! Great for big families...bedding was a bit dirty! Overall the property and location was great!」

「Great stay with our family! Super close to the beach and other shops. Will stay here again.」

「Everything was clearly communicated and the property is amazing! Check-in process was smooth, all directions were clear and easy to follow. The place is very clean and well stocked. We will be back!」

「Home was perfect in every way for our family of 10. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the great room was large enough for the whole family to watch tv and play games. The layout of the bedrooms and kitchen worked great for us. The area out back was perfect for sitting out at night and the location is a very short walk to The Village at Northstar for food, drinks, and skating. Overall, we would not change a thing about this home and would definitely stay again.」
