"This hotel is literally right next to the ferry dock, so it is very conveniently located. Classic old school style hotel with comfortable bed, a nice little veranda with chairs to look out at the sea and an outdoor patio bar on site make this a great choice. The swimming area is very nice as well. The National Park is a short walk from the hotel. My partner and I rented a scooter right across the street and used that to tour the rest of the island. "What an absolutely amazing place. We have fallen in love with the hotel and the Island and didn’t want to leave. However we did have a mess up at check in which I think the hotel could have handled differently. We checked in ( after the stated check in time ) and were given our room but when we got to the room it was already occupied. We were told by reception to take a seat and they would look for another room. The hotel was obviously not full but we were kept waiting for about 2 hours. Personally I didn’t think the receptionist really knew how to deal with the situation. Anyway we eventually got given another room which was fine. The place is so relaxing that the check in incident was soon forgotten. Breakfast is basic but ok. All staff were great and friendly, but a special mention and thank you to Venus who looks after the beach, so helpful and friendly. By far the most helpful member of staff at the hotel. We will definitely be back "

"Absolutely a stunning hotel, right on the seashore. We had a hotel near Dubrovnik cancel a month before for no reason and booked the Admiral. We were so happy we had to book elsewhere! If we could give them 10 stars we would. "
