Property Manager, Residence 04, is the ultimate mountain getaway and a

luxurious ski-in/ski-out townhome nestled on the stunning Snowmass mountain.

With direct access to Fanny Hill, Coney Express and the Elk Camp gondola, this

property is a winter sports enthusiast's dream, offering unparalleled

convenience and breathtaking views.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence comfortably accommodates up to

9 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The primary

bedroom features a plush king bed with views of Snowmass, a flat screen TV and

an ensuite bathroom with a tub and separate steam shower, dual sinks and

plenty of storage. The upstairs guest bedroom offers a split king with a flat

screen TV and private bathroom with a shower. Downstairs offers 2 bedrooms,

one with a split king bedroom and bathroom with shower and the 4th bedroom

with a king and bathroom with shower. Downstairs also boasts an additional

Perfect ski location

Could not have been a better location for our group in terms of ski in / out - the main lift is 500 yards downhill outside the back door. Walking across the slope to the village or to the gondola into base village is very convenient. The condo itself has everything you could need including a sauna. Definitely recommend.
