This place was beautiful - we loved the hot tub and pool and it was very clean. The one issue was that there was no AC and it was very hot in there in June. The upstairs loft bedroom did not have windows that opened, which made for an uncomfortable night of sleep. If this unit is rented in the summer, windows that open in every bedroom is a must, and/or AC.

Awesome condo with great service!

I’ve been catfished by several vacation rentals before, but this one had the opposite effect - it’s nicer than the photos really show and the service was excellent. The condo has been beautifully renovated and appointed with no details left out - gas stone fireplace, comfortable beds, and everything you could need to cook during your stay (including a blender and pancake griddle, which was unusual and great for breakfasts). Service is also awesome - the condo association offers very quick shuttle service anywhere within Snowmass, there’s an in-house ski pro shop with overnight repairs and tune ups at very reasonable prices, and there is daily maid service with all linens and dishes. Another nice amenity is the German restaurant on property that has delicious food and a great happy hour dinner special. The only potential issues to note at this condo are: - No washer/dryer in-unit (there is a coin op laundry room on the property). - The hot tub and pool are great, but were overrun two nights during our stay by rowdy college students. - The soundproofing inside the condo unit is not great, my friends and I could hear each other through the walls at times. That being said, we did not hear anyone from other condo units here.

Wonderful place in the action!

We loved staying here for our visit to see Maroon Bells. It was a wonderful location and the property wants to do as much for you as you allow them. The hot tub/pool was wonderful and they even offered to take us to a trail head and pick us up afterwards. The actual condo was clean and had everything we needed. The loft area is a little odd with the low ceiling but my kids stayed up there so it wasn't that big of a deal. There was everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen and the towels and beds were very clean. There were TV's in all the bedrooms, games to play and lots of other little things we appreciated like the humidifier and steam shower feature! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time and a place to call home while we were away from ours.

Amazing Location, Great Space, So Convenient

We loved our stay at this property! It's perfect for two families. The loft has 4 twins beds and a bathroom, perfect for the kiddos, and there are 2 bedrooms downstairs for the grown ups, with 2 more bathrooms. The kitchen has a good amount of pots and pans, and great restaurants are within walking distance. We didn't get a chance to eat at the onsite restaurant (The Edge) as it was closed the night we tried, but we heard good things about it as well. They have easy ski storage outside and cubbies inside for your gear, with convenient parking across the street. The location is amazing - ski in / ski out to the base of the Village Express lift and the gondola. And just a quick walk to the heated pool and 2 hot tubs. Love this place!

Beautiful space great amenities

We had a total of 7 of us, 4 older adults and 3 younger adults. Plenty of room for all of us. Grocery store was just down the road. Plenty of shops, bars & restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful views and shuttle services. I would definitely stay here again.

Mountain Getaway

This property has a managment company on site with the availability fof daily housekeeping - trash out, towel changes, etc. This is nice when traveling with a larger group. The property is well maintained. There was plenty of room for me and six seventeen year olds. The Snowmass Mall is a a quick walk down the hill with great restaurants and some shops. My out of town family stayed in Aspen at one of the hotels and they wished they had made the decision to stay in the same area as me - plenty of sitting room, three bedrooms, three baths for a fraction of the price of the hotels - can't go wrong.

4th of July celebration

The only concern was having the property on the third floor. It made it very difficult for my wife We are both 70 and it was difficult.
