Top-floor studio condominium with vaulted ceilings and stunning views overlooking Snowmass, located just steps away from the Snowmass Ski Area and our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This condo includes a full kitchen, a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, a balcony with a grill, and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Accessible from the office level without stairs, Laurelwood 111 comfortably sleeps up to four people, offering a spacious, relaxing, and cozy mountain retreat in any season.

Laurelwood 111 boasts incredible ski-in, ski-out access right off Snowmass Mountain, making it easy to hit the slopes. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, it's also a short walk to the Village Mall, the free Aspen bus route, and numerous hiking and biking trails.

Guests have exclusive access to the condo throughout their stay. Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out is 10:00 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available upon request and subject to availability, pending approval by the Laurelwood front desk. The two-tiered hot tubs at Laurelwood provide a relaxing way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is managed by the town of Snowmass Village and costs $20.00/day during ski season; parking is free during other seasons. In winter, guests should purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

Laurelwood offers several on-site, coin-operated washers and dryers. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. Linens, towels, and hot tub towels are provided, with additional available upon request. This property does not have air conditioning, but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet for quick cooling.

Our dedicated front desk team operates from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm in the summer and winter seasons, and from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the off-season. For emergencies, an after-hours answering service connects guests with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay memorable!
