It was not communicated to me that you check in at a different site. There were no signs on the property either. You cannot have guests to your condo unless they pay for parking in the garage or park very far away.

Excellent place for family with kids.

The condo was fantastic. We had an initial problem since the unit we got was very different than the one on the site. This was corrected after one night. It is very spacious in an excellent location. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The property is very large. They did give us a nice location for our two bedroom unit. But construction is ongoing next door and woke us every morning at 7 am. Also the property doesn’t have a pool and the two jacuzzis are in. Weird location next to the parking lot. Have to pay $15/day per person to use the rev center pool. Snowmass area was fun.

Great sized two bedroom condo with washer and dryer. Had a nice corner unit. The property next door is still under construction so we woke up to jack hammering every morning at 7. Other than that this would have a solid 5 stars!

a slice of heaven with a deck

everything was great, except finding the parking space. the first attendant did not take me to parking spot, which is confusing. Instead, he told me the wrong color and the wrong floor to park on. it was evening and I was tired, but he should have been better trained. The second attendant had a much better attitude and took me. but he also took me to the wrong place, one I had explored the night before. please train your attendants and have them take the renter personally to the parking complex. after you do it once, it is very easy, but initially very confusing. thank you

First Time to Aspen / Snowmass

I stayed two nights at the Capitol Peak Lodge to hike the Aspen / Snowmass area prior to a friends wedding. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and had a great view of Snowmass Village - I slept the best I had in a while! Rooms are fully functioning lodge residences, equipped with kitchen amenities and washer/dryer which was great after two days of hiking to be able to do a load of laundry and not have to re-pack dirty clothes for the rest of my trip. I ate several times at The Artisan restaurant, each meal was delicious and the local beer selection on tap was great to try some new brews. There was an accounting mix-up with my room but the staff was extremely friendly and responsive to my inquiry, fixing it right away. All of the staff I encountered were great. I'll definitely be keeping this location at the top of my list for future visits back to the Aspen / Snowmass area.

Bom condo mas tente ficar no bloco A

O condo eh muito bem localizado mas existem grandes diferencas entre o bloco A ( melhor localizacao ), B e bloco C ( pior localizacao e sem acesso direto a garagem ) ! Fiquei no bloco C e ninguem me explicou como chegar ao meu condo a partir da garagem ! O housekeeping foi apenas razoavel ! O condo eh confortavel e atendeu bem !

Great stay at Capitol Peak at base of snowmass

Perfect location, we had a studio with a kitchenette. It does not have a washer dryer. Extremely convenient. Gym was small but people who were using it looked happy, nothing really to do for kids on the premises however you are directly at the base of Snowmass Mountain. Location could not be better. Free parking and incredible upside if you need to use it. Very happy with the accommodations. Pillows were hard, but this may vary by owner, and has been my experience lately that all hotels have terrible pillows. Bath had very good water pressure. Very slow elevators were the only downside. Great toiletries from NESTadded a touch of luxury to an otherwise regular upscale ski rental . Small Clarke’s market down stairs have everything you need if you did not want to take the complementary transportation to the local supermarket a mile away.

Nice Facility, Location and View

Had a great stay in the slow season at the end of August. The staff was very nice and helpful, and beautiful view of Capital Peak from our window. The location is perfect. With a very short walk, you can take the gondola to the Mall. The elevator in the building takes you to the Transit Center with bus access to anywhere.

Nice room but we could not stand the odor. Would not stay if we knew. Photo was different from the actual room, so we were disappointed in that aspect as well.
