Our kids (3.5 & 5.5) LOVED our stay at this property. Katie - the house manager was so accommodating, brought the kids sleds, New Years toys, and became a friendly face in a new environment. She was great! They loved the bunk room, the hot tub and all the games and puzzles in the home. The TV room was super cozy for family movie night too. The home is very nicely decorated for the mountain vibe and has some great artwork as well to make you feel like vacation. We would have given 5 stars, but the home is older and has some quirks. We had a ceiling leak (fixed right away!) and some issues with the heating in kids room, space heaters need in others. (but not too many or fuse will go out. We figured it all out eventually) Also ended up alternating who slept near the kids upstairs, as didn't want them using the circular stairs in the middle of the night - or playing on top bunk - just can't trust our 3 yo son at the moment. There is no "master" upstairs. So, that was a bummer for our trip. For older kids - shouldn't be an issue. The house was about a 10 min drive to what we needed, which was just fine for Covid Times, since trying to avoid crowds anyways. We went sledding on the golf course, played games, cooked (they have full kitchen supplies - even waffle maker - so bring ingredients!) and watched movies. They do have Roku (not listed in features) but didn't have detergent, fyi... Overall - great memories made at this Mountain Home! Thanks for everything Barbara and Katie
