「The property is pretty private, it appeared we were the only people who were staying there that night. The cabin is well decorated and smells so lovely when you open the door. 「The cabin is small but very functional for two people. The bed is comfortable, kitchen is well supplied and very useable. The location is fantastic- walking 20 yards out to the river and enjoying the view was fantastic. The hosts were great also- they were a great help to us when our car developed issues during our stay. If you want a peaceful retreat in the area, this is absolutely your spot!」

「Loved it, spent 2 nights with my wife here. Love the vibe of the cabin, it inspires me to just chill and forget about everyday hustle. The owners are nice and always available. 「Everything about our trip was great! The hosts were very responsive, and when some of the amenities weren't available at our property, we were able to change our reservation to the other (Huckleberry House). The details and decor were international and contributed to the relaxing feel, and you can't beat the gorgeous views! I highly recommend the sauna and cold plunge to cap off the experience. My husband and I would definitely stay on the propery again. 」

「We absolutely adored staying here for our daughter’s 4th birthday getaway. It was so very aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful cabin in the forest. The bottom floor was perfectly open for my daughter to run around and play with her toys. The wood burning stove was the icing on top. So magical! Can’t wait to come back! 」

「Really lovely place in a gorgeous setting. We had a lot of fun browsing records and playing on the arcade table when we were staying in, and loved strolling by the lake. My only critique is that the door connecting the two rooms doesn’t close all the way. We were traveling with our two toddlers and a baby and because the door was useless the baby kept waking the toddlers up. Just beware that the two rooms are basically only separated nominally. 」
