Late night check-in went beautifully. Both staff members we interacted with were kind and helpful. Breakfast options are incredibly expensive and they were sold out of sandwiches at the bistro with only pastries at 9:30 am. Seems like you’d know how many guests you have staying and plan accordingly. No free coffee option is disappointing. It took us 35 min to check into the spa and we already had a reservation and had paid. We tried to lunch at the restaurant but waited or over an hour for grilled cheese and salads. Some of our group didn’t have time to wait because they had massages scheduled. Again- doesn’t seem like they planned on guests actually being there.
