Craig was an awesome host and very responsive. The property was clean and the view was magnificent. It was more than enough room for our family for vacation. We will definitely return for another stay.

Family gathering

House and location are absolutely stunning! Perfect stay for our whole extended family. Beach and pool within steps, what’s more to ask for. Great communication from the Host. Very well organized process for rental.

Gorgeous Home Perfect for Large Group

The home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was great to have two washer and dryers, two refrigerators, two ovens, etc. Having a pool along with the beach access was perfect for our group. Would highly recommend to others. Only criticism would be lack of proactive communication by the property manager.Property Manager was timely in responses however, some issues seemed to be things he was already aware of but did not communicate with us ahead of time. Shortly after our arrival we realized half of the house, including half of the bathrooms and the kitchen, did not have warm/hot water. Upon reaching out we learned that he was aware of this issue and was waiting on a part to fix one of the water heaters. We went the first three days of our trip without warm/hot water in half of the bathrooms and the kitchen. I understand it was an unexpected issue but being given a heads up ahead of time would have gone a long way with our group of 20 guests. Additionally, during two days of our stay work was being done by the city in the driveway. At times it was a bit noisy but the inconvenience came the second day of work when we were unable to leave or access the house for about 4 hours. Members of our group had run out to the grocery store and could not get back to the house for a few hours when they tried to return. We were told the property owner had been given a heads up, but again we were not told ahead of time so we could plan accordingly.

Exceptional Ocean Front Home

The house is incredible and served our family well. We had all ages from 6 months to adults and it worked well for everyone. Nicely appointed inside and out. The pool area was the favorite. Nicest house in North Topsail as far as we could see! Rebooked for next year.

Amazing family reunion stay directly on the beach

Craig is a fantastic host and this home was the perfect accommodation for our extended family to get together from all corners of the country for a Summer getaway. The two “dorms” with full-size bunkbeds and a double bed can sleep 10 kids each (a girls dorm and a boys dorm) and the little cousins loved the slumber parties! The appliances include two of everything - refrigerators, dish washers, washer/dryers, and the bath towels were plentiful even for our big group. The house has a pool (which was naturally warm during mid June) and great for small children where it was very easy to keep an eye on them from the pool deck or any of the upper two porches. We even bought a floating pool alarm but didn’t have to use it because it was so safe. The direct access to the beach was like living in a peaceful fairytale and the family had complete autonomy to enjoy the waves or the pool without feeling any sense of separation. We will definitely be back!

Best house ever!

We've been having our extended family reunions for over 20 years now and have never stayed at a property this amazing! Everything was so well thought out from the completely stocked kitchen to the spectacular pool area, complete with Tiki Bar and outdoor family games. We usually try to find different locations/houses each year however we definitely are rebooking this fabulous beach house for next year!!!! PS loved the hot tub overlooking the ocean as well.
