We really enjoyed our time here. The owners were very responsive to any problems. I appreciate that the condo was uncluttered. The view really is breathtaking.The balcony is a great place for morning coffee and evening wine. The condo complex has some really nice amenities.There are some small problems that occur, but this is a beach condo and you have to remember that people are in and out all summer long. All in all we agreed that this is a place we would rent again

Perfect for families

This property and condo was absolutely perfect for families. Perfect amenities and space for the amount of people we had (4 adults, two kids). Easy access to the pool and beach (since young kiddos tend to only last short periods of time haha). Nice fitness room and excellent playground area. If it’s available again in the future, we will definitely book it.

Family vacation

Property was great- very clean! Kitchen was fully stocked with every kind of appliance you could need. It was very roomy for our family of eight. Only complaints were that the beach seems to be eroding and we had to set up very early in the morning to get a space on the beach and that the pirate restaurant on location had ok service but the food was less than desirable.

Ocean Views for Days

Great views. Never have full sunrise or sunset view from balcony…but it is always better on the beach! The master shower wasn’t cleaned well and the tub didn’t drain well in the other shower. Other than that very clean.

Exceeded our expectations

The view from the condo was breathtaking. You can see the ocean from every room and balcony. The whole place was very clean and the decor was beautiful. We highly recommend this rental and hope to visit again one day.

North Topsail, NC

Condo is as pictured, however, the building it’s located in is not well maintained/it’s very dated. Mattresses are very firm - not comfortable at all. Sheets are low grade, itchy and also uncomfortable. We were a party of three -two of us would get hot showers; the person who showered last would have lukewarm water. That said, the condo is clean, well equipped and has great views of the beach.

Games and beach

Everything went smoothly during our visit. We enjoyed the new light fixtures and upgraded closets from last year. Suppled kitchen appliances were great except for the lack of a set of pasta tongs. (Previous guest might have taken that!). All other needs were met. Beautifully decorated apartment with a great view

Quick and effective communication! Beautiful condo

Amy was an amazing host to book with. She answered my messages extremely quickly and was happy to answer any questions I had. The property was very clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view! We loved spending the days at the beach, checking out local golf courses, and trying nearby restaurants. Having a car with us was super helpful as groceries / restaurants / shops are a drive away. Thanks again!!

Gorgeous Spring Break Getaway

In my opinion this is by far the best unit on the property as far as the view and amenities. Our kids loved the huge TV in the living room and we loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view.

Great New Year’s weekend with our Marine

The condo was a perfect place to spend the weekend with our Marine. We didn’t use the pool (too chilly!), but liked the workout room and beach location and views. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely use the property again.

Great beachfront condo. We had everything we needed for a relaxing family fall vacation. This point unit has great views and comfortable furniture and beds. We had a wonderful trip.

Awesome week

We had an awesome week at the St.Regis resort ! Our 3bedroom beachfront unit was spacious , clean , and beautifully decorated .The kitchen was well equipped the ice maker and beverage fridge were a bonus! Our Sons really enjoyed using the fitness center and pool. They took Surfing lessons and rented surfboards. We will definitely be returning!
