Leave the two parking passes and four pool bands hanging in the hall. Passes are $100 each to replace and pool bands are $50 each to replace

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

$100 fee for unreturned parking passes. $50 fee for unreturned pool bands. This is what HOA charges, so we have to pass this along.
Sign Rental Agreement within 24 hours of accepted booking.
Take trash out to dumpster, clean dishes, gather bath towels in provided baskets. Launder beach towel with provided supplies and replace in closet.
