「The property is as described small but perfect for 4 people. Although it is in the middle of farm land it is reassuring to know there are neighbours in the main house. Was very impressed with all the little thoughtful touches eg the welcome sign and tea / coffee / biscuits basket, the cooking oil and salt amd people , thr cute little make up clothes and the auto lights on stairs and by loo. We stayed 4 nights and were exploring Suffolk but could have easily had a day or 3 just sitting sipping...

「This place exceeded my expectations! We had a group of 11 girls staying here and the house was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could ask for. Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. One of the guests is already looking to book this place again for another event. 100% would recommend.」

「We had a long weekend stay at Dolly’s caravan it was lovely spacious and modern very well cleaned. Was surprised to see tea, coffee and sugar as well as biscuits provided which way a nice touch as well as shower gel and hand wash. Dolly also accommodated our early arrival which we were grateful for. Lidl was a 1 minute drive so was great when picking up supplies. The beach a 5 minute drive and the pool on complex was free. Would definitely consider staying here again if returning to Felixstowe....

「The property was clean, but the quality of bedding and kitchen stuff was just too basic. Absolutely shapeless and thin pillows, all same everywhere, so nothing to choose from. Utensils and plates are fresh from Tesco basic range still with stickers. Pans with anti stick bottoms scratched, which may be a health issue. I know it’s a caravan, and not much aspiration to be expected, but it might be just a tad bit better than a factory canteen.」

「A great spot to stay for a family wedding in town! We enjoyed the hot tub and needed help with a few things and Helen was amazing and very prompt with helping. We asked for fans and she had them the next morning!!! Amazing. Rafa (the dog) hung around and we enjoyed his company.」

「The Grape Escape is a fabulous little hideaway tucked away in the corner of the vineyard. We has a lovely quiet 2 night stay, the cabin is equipped with everything you need. Adrian came to say hello, but apart from one of his workers and a tour group that passed by we didn’t see a soul. Will definitely be back. 」

「Thimble Cottage is sweet and nicely decorated but was a bit too small for 4 not large adults in our opinion. Easy location to explore delightful Southwold from. It was however rather noisy (bus stop and lovely pop up bakery queues outside main bedroom window from early in the morning, dog grooming parlour immediately behind the tiny courtyard, public bins being emptied at 5:30am in the High St). We were also greeted with an overflowing bin of rubbish in the courtyard from previous guests which...

「This property was basic but perfectly comfortable and in a stunning location! The lane to the property was very over geown and unfortunately my husbands car (which has low clearance) was unable to get down it. But the owner soon dorted an alternative for us. The neighbours ford focus had bo problems so i would say this wont be a problem for most! Access down to views over the estuary and walks from the house was great. No wifi but perfectly good signal for 4g - or a good excuse to go off grid....

「We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel was pretty good. We ate in the restaurant the first night and the standard of the food was very good. The following morning we had breakfast and it was very busy. There was only one coffee machine and it kept breaking down so there was a long queue to get drinks.
