Serenity now! Peaceful beach escape - modern kitchen, amazing garden & pool room

  • Walk to Beautiful Smiths beach, incredible modern, spacious open plan living with open fire and entertainers kitchen. Awesome outdoor pool table room. 4 bedrooms (main with ensuite), 2 living rooms (both with smart TVs and split system heating/cooling), 2 full bathrooms and additional outdoor shower. Perfectly set up for a family or two or group of friends wanting a beach side break.
    An idyllic secure garden escape with outdoor dining, various nooks for reading a book or having a cocktail as well as off-street parking. A wonderful and fun outdoor pool room with pool table, seating and disco lights.
    At the doorstep of all Phillip island attractions -penguins, nature parks, wineries. Amaze'n'things and go-karts.

    10 mins walk to the amazing Smiths beach - perfect for surging, boogie boarding, swimming and beach fun.

    3 BRs x Queen bed, 4th room has single bunk bed, single bed and spare mattress.

    PLEASE NOTE. Guests need to bring own linens (top and bottom sheets, pillow cases and towels etc). Doonas with covers, mattress protectors and pillows are supplied. On request we may be able to provide full linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels) for extra $100 cost.
    There is also no smoking in the property including in the outdoor pool room area.
