「Extremely disappointed with the stay and couldn't wait to get out of there. The "New" mattress had a blown out side and half the bed was sunk. I had to sleep on the couch, which was horrible but not as bad as the bed, to give my back a rest. The furniture was 20 years past it's life and was very uncomfortable to sit in. 「As others wrote about the appartement: the stench in hall is bad, although its ok once you are inside the appartement. The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad).
The aircondition doesn't work properly. So If you don't run it on full day and night you can't get the temperature down.
