Had a great stay here for a wedding. House was well stocked and very cozy. The host was easy to get ahold of and a great communicator. Can’t beat the views from this place. 7 of us stayed, and we all had more then enough room. Felt spacious and cozy. Would stay again!

Nice place for our family to stay

Lots of room, clean and well equipped with friendly host. Stayed for our son to do the Bear 100 ultra-marathon. The location was excellent, and the home was easy to get to.

The basement property was realy nice. It was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the stairs down to it. It was not mentioned it was a basement apartment and that there are 14 stairs. I have balance issues. The stairs were a challenge. Once down them things were OK. I would recommend a grab bar in the walk-in shower. It is a very nice shower, but it would have been nice to have a bar to hold onto.

Spacious and Clean

We come to Logan for every Aggies game and would definitely chose to stay here again. It is a very large clean space, well appointed and great for family to sit around a visit! Highly recommend!

Sunset Peak Smithfield

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The location and views were fantastic! The house is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with easy access to hikes, shopping, and activities. We especially enjoyed morning coffee and relaxing evenings on the patio, taking in the stunning views from the backyard. The house was exceptionally clean, and the host provided clear checkin/checkout instructions and responsive communication. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect Stay

I was very impressed by this property. Not only was it a beautiful location and 45 minutes or less from two skiing spots, but the hospitality of the hosts was incredible. They left a personalized note and the home had just about everything we needed! I would definitely recommend this basement location of the home - it was exactly what we needed for a perfect family vacation celebrating my dad’s 55th birthday.

Hidden gem!

We visit Cache Valley often and have stayed in a variety of places. This home, by far, is the cleanest, most comfortable and beautiful home we’ve ever stayed. Hayden was fantastic to work with- always friendly and communicative, helpful and proactive. There is nowhere else we’ll ever stay again when we visit!

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this location while visiting the Logan area. There was parking for our vehicles, the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located, the house is clean and had everything we needed, and we never heard any noise from the upstairs tenant. Our group of three adults and three teenagers fit well in the space. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Logan.

Beautiful and comfortable place. Loved the sunsets! The home is impeccably clean, fully equipped for cooking, kicking black with some flix, or just hitting one of the comfy beds. The only unexpected aspect was the stairs leading down to the basement location. I probably missed that part of the description. We hope to stay there again on our next visit north. Thanks for sharing your amazing home.

We came to town for the university’s homecoming event and to spend time with our family. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean comfortable and nice the apartment was. The hosts were great at communicating and were incredibly gracious as we needed to extend our stay a couple of days. Our college freshman got really sick that weekend with a virus that kept him down for days. it was nice to have plenty of room for him to come and rest and recuperate, and to be able to have ample room to spend time as a family and as an added bonus a great washer and dryer set to get him caught up on laundry while he stayed and recuperated. We would happily stay here again.
