"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff and food were excellent. Only complaint was the homeless guys that were sleeping in the chairs near the parking garage entrance inside and one was sitting near the elevator to the hotel rooms above check in desk that stunk the entire place up in a foul way. It was very bad and hard to describe the smell. Doesn’t seem to be any security running these guys off. They weren’t bothering anything just an eye sore and stench. "

"Front desk messed up reservation and gave our room to two groups. We were already in the room when the others entered. A little awkward but front desk fixed after we both went down to them. "

"The room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. Special attention needed to the fold out chair/bed and the desk chair, as they both needed crumbs vacuumed and upholstered fold-out chair/bed upholstery needs spot cleaned. In-shower built in soap holders need to be cleaned of grime and dried soap residue. In room coffee maker contained standing water and we did not use it. Breakfast was very good, waitress very friendly and efficient. Check in and check out staff were very good. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. "

"The communication from the host was great! Easy directions and entry to the home. The house was clean & nicely decorated. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is the bathtub needs to be re-glazed, it appears it has been before but has worn off giving a "dirty" appearance, additionally there are ceiling repairs needed in the living room. Overall a comfortable hom."

"Scary to say the least. Before we got into the building there was broken down cars everywhere, old broken furniture in what once was a pool. The room was also scary with stained walls and bathroom, not to mention the homeless that live there! Do NOT book there if you want to live another day. "
