「My 5 year old daughter and I enjoyed a fantastic stay here. Great accommodation and service. Awesome views and close to bus stop for lift to snow fields. Never waited more than 5 mins for the bus. 5 min walk to centre of Thredbo. Would definately return. 」

「This property needs some repairs and servicing to charge what they are charging , oven knobs broken , wood fire fan broken . Fold out bed very uncomfortable and no electric blanket on this one either so very cold child 😠 . The fire was only real source of heat in a snowy mountains cottage in winter. 「Property was cosy and immaculately clean. We were greeted warmly during our arrival by the lodge manager Marion and her husband Stuart. Food was amazing. However, we got a room 008 behind the lodge facing the mountain. Would be perfect if we were to have one of the rooms in front facing the slope and the rising sun!!」

「The lodge is in an amazing location overlooking Lake Jindabyne and with lovely views of the mountains. 「We loved our stay at Smiggins Hotel, it was so lovely to be staying on the snow and see the slopes right outside our window. The accommodation had everything we needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful! The lounge area was a nice bonus as somewhere to rest during lunchtime away from the crowds. 」

「Our time at Lions Lair was wonderful…. Winter WONDERLAND! Michael and Rowena we amazing, they were warm, welcoming, accommodating, helpful and full of tips and wealth of knowledge. The location was just perfect, we walked to Smiggin holes and when we travelled to Perisher it was a 5 min trip in a free shuttle bus. We also walked to our snow/ski hire place, Rhythm Smiggins.
