"There are many places to stay near Plitvice Lakes but we're glad we chose Lake House Plitvice. The rooms were simple, very clean, and comfortable. I read the other reviews regarding the small size of the flat and factored this in. "We had stayed at this property six years ago - and returned a second time . It is in a great location and the rooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms . The kitchen is small but impressively well stocked and has all the amenities you would want to cook in instead of going out to dinner every night . I would recommend and definitely stay there again!"

"We had a great 1 night stay here. The room and bathroom were both very spacious. We didn’t spend much time in the room, as we were visiting the lakes. The property is about a 15 minute drive from entrance 1 to the lakes, but don’t miss the opportunity to use entrance 3, a 5 minute drive from the property. We checked out and drove to this entrance at about 9am and got parked right outside. We had already bought our tickets online. If we were going to visit the lakes again, we’d definitely stay here."
