This is a recently renovated holiday home for rent for up to 15 people (the building is always privately rented out to 1 group of customers) is located on a large plot with trees. The rooms are hotel style, each with a private bathroom and a TV. You can start your day with the morning walk in the forest 500 m away. From the general supplies store, you can buy the essentials 2 km away. From the restaurants 200 m away, you can gorge on the tasty delicacies. On the ground floor, you will have comfortable bedrooms to relax. The rooms are equipped with antique furniture, mattresses and slatted bases are of the hotel type. The common areas are very generous. Internet is available on both floors in the building. Heating is solved by heat pumps. The water comes from its own deep well. There are no neighbors and there are parking spaces for 5 cars on the plot.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 60,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
