We spent 6 nights as a family of 4 and our stay was everything we needed. Very close to the town centre , plenty of parking and very clean and modern. The 2 members of staff we met (sorry forgot there names) are so friendly and will.give you advise or help you with anything you need. I highly recommend this place if your looking for an affordable stay in Sligo.

Very safe property with motion activated lights on all stairways, fire extinguishers, railings on stairs, things of that nature. Is close to town and very walkable. There’s a grocery store nearby, Aldi, and close to restaurants and pubs. I liked how they had French presses to do wonderful coffee in the morning.

If I could rate our stay higher I would. Everything was exceptional. The people who operate the lodge are kind, helpful, and just all around awesome. They let us store our bags ahead of check-in and hangout in the common area post check out. The room itself was super clean. Awesome spot, good value and vibes. We'll 100% stay here again, highly recommend.

The owner was very good about communicating ahead of my stay, and he even stayed up late to make sure I got in OK after my late arrival. Ealu is located in the heart of Sligo, so everything I needed was within an easy walk. The property is exceptionally clean and comfortable. And I love that the owner was easygoing and helpful with advice about the area, including his own outdoor adventure business! Thank you!! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

The lodge was very clean, parking was easy and the location was an easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The room was small and had no air circulation. The mattresses were low quality and the bed squeaked with every slight movement.

Never stayed in a hostel before. Great safe space for parking. Staff were very good informative, friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms, bedding etc. Only down side was the doors banging because they are heavy wooden which was disturbing during the night. We only stayed one night.

staff was amazing, and the common area is nice and well kept. the room itself is small but expected, the bedsheets were dirty, jad stains on it, the washroom's sink was very shallow so it splashes water, washrooms also very small.
